All paper houses are hand built and installed within a plastic egg. Each year has its own unique design and becomes a collectible. Once the year is over, only those currently built are available for sale. The three 2019 models are all that is left of that year's collection.

Each house comes in its own metal tin for easy shipping, gift giving or storage when not in use.
